After completing a six-month training program accredited by the renowned International Coaching Federation (ICF) to become a Business & Legal Coach, she has expanded her legal expertise to include professional coaching skills in her client work.
Legal Coaching empowers clients to develop and strengthen their ability to make their own informed decisions, helping them to navigate and resolve conflicts more effectively. It complements the interest-based advisory and negotiation approach of mediation, while adding further dimensions of clarity, reflection, and self-determination.
