Prof. Dr. Dendorfer-Ditges gilt als Wegbereiterin der Wirtschaftsmediation in Deutschland. Sie ist regelmäßig im Ranking der besten deutschen Wirtschaftsmediatoren aufgeführt (z. B. Top 5 bei „Who’s Who Germany“). Sie hat eine Honorarprofessur an der EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Rechtand she is co-editor of the journal Fachzeitschrift KonfliktDynamik.
