Prof. Dr. Renate Dendorfer-Ditges and Philipp Wilhelm have been appointed as speakers at the ERA Summer Course on European IT Law in Trier. They will give a lecture on "Cross-border aspects of litigation and mediation relevant for the IT sector" on 14.09.2023. At ERA - Academy of European Law - Prof. Dr. Dendorfer-Ditges has repeatedly participated in conferences, especially in the field of international mediation.

Das internationale World Forum of Mediation Centres der UIA International Association of Lawyers findet vom 30. Juni bis 01. Juli 2023 erstmalig in Deutschland statt. Als zentral gelegener Veranstaltungsort ist Frankfurt am Main gewählt. Unsere Partnerin Prof. Dr. Renate Dendorfer-Ditges und unser Associate Partner Philipp Wilhelm sind Mitglieder des Organisationskomitees. Frau Prof. Dr. Dendorfer-Ditges wird das Panel „Mediators4Future – Mediation and Human Rights“ leiten, sie wird zudem im Rahmen des Panels „Lessons from psychology for a successful mediation“ vortragen. Herr Wilhelm wird zu dem Thema “The future of mediation: How Will The Development Of AI (Artificial Intelligence) Impact Our Mediation Process?” sprechen.

Am 19. Mai 2023 referiert Frau Prof. Dr. Renate Dendorfer-Ditges im Rahmen des 4th Biennial Mediation Symposium des Center for International Legal Studies zum Thema „Diversity in Mediation“. Das Center for International Legal Studies ist ein juristisches Forschungs-, Ausbildungs- und Lehrinstitut mit Sitz in Österreich. Sein Hauptziel ist die Förderung und Verbreitung von Wissen unter den Mitgliedern der internationalen Rechtsgemeinschaft.

Prof. Dr Renate Dendorfer-Ditges has been appointed as a speaker on the ERA course on mediation in the EU. The course is aimed at Mediators and lawyers in private practice from EU Member States. At the ERA - Academy of European Law - Prof. Dr. Dendorfer-Ditges regularly participates in conferences, especially in the field of commercial mediation.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the journal KonfliktDynamik, the conference - like the journal itself - builds the bridge between research and practice. The focus of the conference is on conflict management in the major transformation phases in which organizations and societies currently find themselves. As co-editor of KonfliktDynamik, Prof. Dr. Dendorfer-Ditges will participate in a conference workshop and provide insights into the future of the journal.

Prof. Dr. Renate Dendorfer-Ditges has been appointed as a speaker in the ERA course on mediation in the EU. The course is aimed at selected judges from Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Spain and Romania. The course was originally scheduled to take place from 08.11.2021 to 10.11.2021, but was postponed to 15.03.2023 to 17.03.2023 due to new pandemic rules in Bulgaria. At the ERA - Academy of European Law - Prof. Dr. Dendorfer-Ditges regularly participates in conferences, especially in the field of international mediation.

Prof. Dr. Renate Dendorfer-Ditges and Philipp Wilhelm were appointed as speakers at the ERA Summer Course on European IT Law in Trier. At the ERA - Academy of European Law - Prof. Dr. Dendorfer-Ditges has repeatedly contributed to conferences, particularly in the field of international commercial mediation.

Prof. Dr Renate Dendorfer-Ditges contributed as a speaker at the ERA online summer course on Cross-Border Civil Procedure. She gave a lecture on "Mediation in transnational business disputes: experiences" on 02.07.2021. At the ERA - Academy of European Law - Prof. Dr. Dendorfer-Ditges has repeatedly contributed to conferences, particularly in the area of international commercial mediation.
