Juni 2026 als Mediator und Associated Mediator des Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) des Einheitlichen Patentgerichts (EPG) akkreditiert. Das EGP ist das gemeinsame Gericht f\u00fcr aktuell 18 EU-Mitgliedsstaaten zur grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Entscheidung in Patentsachen.<\/p><p>Das PMAC f\u00f6rdert als integraler Bestandteil des EPG die au\u00dfergerichtliche Beilegung von Patentstreitigkeiten und erg\u00e4nzt die gerichtlichen Verfahren um alternative Konfliktl\u00f6sungsmechanismen. Damit soll Streitparteien die M\u00f6glichkeit er\u00f6ffnet werden, komplexe patentbezogene Auseinandersetzungen vertraulich, wirtschaftlich und interessengerecht beizulegen.<\/p><p>Die Aufnahme in die Liste der Neutrals des PMAC ist eine besondere Auszeichnung und korrespondiert mit der sonstigen T\u00e4tigkeit und Expertise von Prof. Dr. Dendorfer-Ditges in der internationalen Wirtschaftsmediation. Sie wird im Rahmen des PMAC zudem an der nationalen und internationalen Aus- und Fortbildung von Richtern und Rechtsanw\u00e4lten mitwirken.<\/p><p>DITGES ber\u00e4t Unternehmen bei der au\u00dfergerichtlichen und gerichtlichen Beilegung wirtschaftsrechtlicher Konflikte.
