Under the theme <em data-start=\"310\" data-end=\"391\">\u201cWhat International Practitioners Need to Know about the Singapore Convention,\u201d<\/em> <span data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"402\">DITGES<\/span> was represented by our partner <span data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"471\">Prof. Dr. Renate Dendorfer-Ditges<\/span>.<\/p><p>The <span data-start=\"480\" data-end=\"504\">Singapore Convention,\u00a0<\/span>an international treaty, aims to facilitate the <strong data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"599\">enforcement of mediated settlement agreements<\/strong> across borders (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.singaporeconvention.org\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"620\" Dendorfer-Ditges<\/span> explored the <span data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"784\">practical implications<\/span> of the Convention, particularly in light of the <span data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"867\">European Union\u2019s non-accession<\/span> and the <span data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"937\">challenges associated with its implementation in
