Prof. Dr. Renate Dendorfer-Ditges<\/a> initiierte auf der Jahreskonferenz der International Law Section der American Bar Association (ABA)<\/a> in Washington D.C. im Mai 2024 eine Podiumsdiskussion, bei welcher Experten die Bedeutung von Menschenrechten in der Mediation er\u00f6rterten.<\/p>\n

An der Podiumsdiskussion nahmen neben der Initiatorin Frau Jaya Sharma, Mediatorin und Arbitrator aus Madison, Wisconsin, und Frau Katarina M\u00e5nsson, Senior Human Rights Officer bei dem Office of Secretary General der Vereinten Nationen, sowie Guiseppe De Palo, internationaler Mediator und Pr\u00e4sident der Dialogue Through Conflict Foundation, teil. Prof. Dr. Dendorfer-Ditges konzentrierte sich auf die Relevanz von Menschenrechten im wirtschaftlichen Kontext, beispielhaft anhand der UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, der EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive und der Whistleblowing Directive, ferner anhand der in Deutschland gef\u00fchrten Diskussion zur Entwicklungen integrativer Beschwerdesysteme.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
